At Hexagon^EC we understand the power of a global network of individuals and companies dedicated to marketing optimization.  We also respect the power of a personal referral and the time it takes to make introductions.  The result of this understanding is the Hexagon^EC Referral Program where individuals and partners are rewarded for their efforts and current Hexagon^EC clients can realize significant savings.

Referral Partners identify companies in need of marketing services and refer them to Hexagon^EC.  Once the referral is received by Hexagon^EC, the person referring the potential client will be asked to make a “warm” introduction. If the referral results in a new project within three (3) months of the Hexagon^ECReferral Form being submitted, then Hexagon^EC pays the referrer a 7% commission on Services Projects or deducts 10% of the total Hexagon^EC Services Project value from a current client's project.

How Does It Work?

If you are interested in becoming a Referral Program Partner, the first step is to complete the application form found at www.hexagonec.com.  Hexagon^EC will review the application and, when approved, will send you an email containing a link to the Hexagon^EC Lead Form.  All you need to do is complete the on-line form and click Submit.  A Hexagon^EC employee will contact you to learn more about the opportunity and work with you to set up the most appropriate type of introduction.  Then you simply sit back and wait for the commission check or discount on your project.

Commission Detail

The Hexagon^EC Referral Program allows approved Referral Partners to receive a commission equal to 7% of the initial project Hexagon^EC completes for the referred client.  If the individual making the referral prefers, a 10% discount can be applied to their company’s current Hexagon^EC project or a future project. 

For individuals the comission is calculated based on the first project Hexagon^EC completes for the referred client.  For those electing to have the award applied to their company’s Hexagon^EC project, the 10% discount is deducted from the total project estimate for your current or future project, which ever comes first. The referral must be made prior to the prospect contacting Hexagon^EC through existing recruitment efforts and cannot be listed as an existing lead in Hexagon^EC’s database. 

Example

Confused?  Perhaps an example will help provide clarity.  You as an individual make a referral via Hexagon^EC’s Referral Program.  Hexagon^EC approves your application, engages the referred company and within three months secures a project estimated at $50,000.  Once the project is completed Hexagon^EC will issue you a check for $3,500.

If you choose a discount on your company’s next project, then the value of the project Hexagon^EC closes with the referred client must exceed $10,000.  If this threshold is met, then Hexagon^EC will deduct 10% from your company’s current or future project, even if it is a much larger project.  So if you refer Hexagon^EC to a client and we complete a project for $10,001 or more, then we deduct 10% off your next project, even if that project is $70,000.  In this scenario the value of the savings is based on the size of your company’s project with Hexagon^EC, not the size of the referred clients.
